Instructions for Repairing

  1. Mix the resin A-component with the hardener B-component in a 2:1 ratio (e.g., 64oz resin: 32oz hardener).
  2. Stir through the edge and bottom of the mixing cup as material will settle there. Ideally, pour into a clean mixing cup and mix again. This ensures that the resin and hardener are completely mixed together.
  3. Use the resin-hardener mixture immediately after mixing, as the product can start to boil in the mixing cup.
  4. Paint the epoxy with a roller or brush on the desired surface.
  5. If you wish to thicken your epoxy, add fillers such as sawdust or chopped fiberglass until your mixture reaches peanut butter consistency.
  6. The epoxy resin is cured after 20 hours.

Instructions for Working with Fiberglass

  1. Start by measuring and cutting your fiberglass mat to fit the area you wish to laminate.
  2. Mix a small quantity of resin A-component with the hardener B-component in a 2:1 ratio (e.g., 64oz resin: 32oz hardener).
  3. Stir through the edge and bottom of the mixing cup as material will settle there. Ideally, pour into a clean mixing cup and mix again. This ensures that the resin and hardener are completely mixed together.
  4. Use the resin-hardener mixture immediately after mixing, as the product can start to boil in the mixing cup.
  5. Apply a thin layer of epoxy with a foam roller or a brush onto the desired surface.
  6. Firmly press your fiberglass mat into the resin and reapply a thin layer of epoxy over it.
  7. Let the epoxy-fiberglass layer cure. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to apply as many coats as required. Let the final layer cure completely.
  8. The epoxy resin is cured after 20 hours.
